If a cycle has already begun, it is non-refundable, but service will continue until the cycle ends.

4. Development & Creative Projects

Due to the nature of custom design and development:

  • Partial refunds may be considered only if no work has begun.

5. Project Cancellation By Client

If a client chooses to discontinue a project:
